For the configuration of the measurement devices, the free GridVis Essentials can be installed and used on a local PC.

For correct transmission and display of the data in the GridVis Cloud, two settings are required in the connected Janitza measurement devices:
- Correct setting of the measurement device system time
- Complete recording configuration of the active energy values
A description of the corresponding configurations of the measurement devices can be found in the respective usage information.
The following settings must be made for the GridVis Cloud:
Device system time (using the UMG 96-PA as an example) | Synchronize the
