The Reports tab provides a summary of all reports that have been created automatically on the selected node. You are able to view all created reports in the browser and download them. To receive a report, it must first be created and configured. The configured reports with the corresponding content are then created cyclically on the first day of the following period. Creating and configuring reports is described in the Report settings section.

Once you have created and configured the reports, you can sort them by file name, creation cycle, node name and creation date by clicking on the column header.


Share

You might have to share the created reports with other users. Proceed as follows to do so:

  • Click on the three-dot menu
  • Click on Report link  
  • Copy the link and send it to the desired person.

Please note that to view the shared reports requires a user account in GridVis Cloud that has access to this project.


Delete

You can delete reports that you no longer need. To do so, proceed as follows:

  • Click on the three-dot menu
  • Click on Delete
  • A dialog opens. Confirm the deletion of the reports in the dialog with the Delete button.

  • Pole silte
